I recently purchased some metalltechnologie products from Stauber gmbh, and while the quality was decent, the overall experience could have been better. The website, stauberstahl.com, provided the necessary information, but the customer service was lacking. There were delays in the delivery process, and it took some time to get a response from their team. I hope they improve in these areas to better serve their customers.
