Having worked with the Ohio Association of Community Action Agencies (OACAA) for several years, I can confidently say that they are an average company. While they do their best to assist low-income individuals and families, their services are often limited and not always effective. The staff members are generally friendly, but the overall organization lacks efficiency. There have been instances where clients have faced unnecessary delays and confusion due to poor communication and coordination within the agency. OACAA has the potential to be great, but they need to address these issues and improve their processes.
