I recently tried using a performance management tool from bscdesigner.com and I must say I was not impressed. The software is quite basic and lacks the advanced features I was looking for. The user interface is also outdated and not very intuitive. The customer support team was responsive, but couldn't address all my concerns. I believe there are better options out there for performance management.
