I bought equipment in the store for 12 000 UAH, I planned delivery for a certain day! At 11 in the morning the driver called and said that they would be there in an hour. 3 hours passed, after which we called the driver, to which he replied, "I don t know who you are and we don t have delivery to you" and did not receive the equipment.
The store doesn t get in touch with the "contact center" disgusting, the voice menu does not allow you to connect with the operator and just says go to the website in the "complaints" section. BUT THIS SECTION DOES NOT WORK, the complaint is not sent.

And the funny thing is that this is not the first case of delivery problems.
