This is now my second time here and we wont be back. The reason is all due to the water park. First I have never seem so much over crowding in my life at a water park. This place is not as big as other waterparks you can go to in Michigan. You would think the water park would be for the guest who are paying to stay there. I get that all hotel/ water park places do this but It is too small to open it up to the public at the same time. It would be great of the paying guests in the hotel had perhaps a few hours of time then open it up to public. The entire time there was so many little kids all by themselves and no parents close by. Not enough table space for people to sit and put your belongings. There were people actually finding spots on the floors. So many people and being a smaller indoor waterpark, just a lot of shoving and pushing from all the children not being attened to. It was more of a free for all then waiting turns. We were constantly knocking shoulders with people it was so crowded. The lazy river was anything but that. Call it the extra busy river. You could not enjoy it. For what it costs to stay there, it was not enjoyable as we hoped it would be. I may sound like a broken record repeating myself but this is how bad it was this time. Imagine a large elementary school at recess time squeezed into a small gym. Then add in a couple hundred adults to that. Things need to change things before we will ever come back.
