The service provided by StorageBox was average. The website was easy to navigate and the storage units were clean and secure. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me with my storage needs. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
