I had a pretty average experience with Quest Consultants International. Their website, questinvestigations.net, looked professional and provided a good overview of their services. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. On the plus side, their investigators were knowledgeable and thorough in their work. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
