I had an average experience with Hayes Insurance Agency, Inc. Their rates were competitive, but the customer service was not as responsive as I would have liked. However, they did ultimately resolve my issue and I found their coverage to be satisfactory. Overall, I would rate them as great, but with room for improvement.
