I have been a loyal customer of Guardian Alarm Systems for several years and I can honestly say that their service is average. While the installation process was smooth and the system works well, I have encountered some minor issues along the way. The customer support team has been helpful in resolving these issues, but I expected a higher level of service from Guardian Alarm Systems. Overall, their service is satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
