I am a loyal CUSTOMER of Marshall w. nelson and associates, inc. and I must say that the experience has been average. The services provided by the company are satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. I appreciate their professionalism and timely response to queries. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. Overall, it's a decent company to work with.
