I have been using Double power technology inc. products for a few months now and I must say they are average. The quality is decent and they work fine for basic tasks. However, I have noticed some issues with their customer support. It takes them a long time to respond to queries and the solutions provided are not always helpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
