The shipping experience with Logismart was just ok...

The shipping experience with Logismart was just okay. There were no major issues, but it wasn't exceptional either. The website was easy to use, and the prices were reasonable. However, their customer service could use some improvement as I had to wait a while for a response to a query I had.
