The service provided by LinkNYC is great. The free Wi-Fi and charging stations are very useful, especially when I'm out and about. The kiosks are easy to use and the display is clear. However, sometimes the touchscreens are unresponsive. Overall, I'm satisfied with LinkNYC's service.
