I have some mixed feelings about SUNRISE ENGINEERING. While their products are of good quality, I've had some frustrating experiences with their customer service. It took them quite a while to respond to my inquiries and when they did, I felt like my concerns were not fully addressed. There's room for improvement in their support process.
