Despite a hectic Saturday night crowd, the hostess (I believe her name was Amelia) was extremely personable and reassuring. She was knowledge of drinks and staff and was a welcomed start to an excellent brewery experience!

The selection was just as excellent, highly recommend the Mt Defiance Cider!
