I have been a customer of Mfa assurances for several years now and I can confidently say that their service is average. Their website is user-friendly and they offer a decent range of insurance products. However, I feel that their customer support could be improved. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response from them, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would rate them as an average insurance company.
