I have been a customer of United Distribution Services, Inc. for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. While they do get the job done and deliver my packages in a timely manner, their customer service could use some improvement. There have been a few instances where I had to reach out multiple times before getting a response, which was quite frustrating. Overall, they are an okay company to work with.
