I have been a customer of Mekong Capital for a few years now, and I must say that their services have been average at best. While their investment advisors are knowledgeable, the overall customer experience needs improvement. The response time to queries and concerns is slow, and sometimes the information provided is not accurate. I hope they work on improving their customer service.
