When we expanded our business in 2017 we spent 10,000 dollars on our internet and phone system with CNM. We wanted the very best and most reliable system so we didn t mind spending the money and CNM came highly recommended. I recently requested a few simple settings be changed on my phone system for after hours forwarding and roll over calls because of our increase in call volume. This proved to be too much for CNM to handle. In the last 6 weeks we have had 5 service calls at 125 a hour and my phones are still only working intermittently and are unreliable. Needless to say this has been a huge disappointment. I m growing weary of the run around and losing customers due to phones being down. Now I m faced with eating the cost and starting fresh with a company that can meet our needs.
