We stayed at your Aloft hotel in Newport Ky 2 week...

We stayed at your Aloft hotel in Newport Ky 2 weeks ago.
We were double charged for our room.

I have made numerous calls to your hotel to obtain a credit to resolve this issue.
Each time I a m told that someone would call me to take care of this issue.
It is now been 16 days since my stay I have made 7 calls and I know one has contacted me.
Hopefully someone at the corporate level can address this issue. It s obvious that your management staff
At your Newport hotel could care less about taking care my concerns.
