I recently had the opportunity to work with a construction company for my home renovation project, and unfortunately, my experience with them was not exceptional. While the company's website appeared professional and informative, the execution fell short of my expectations.

Communication was one of the major challenges I encountered. It was often difficult to reach someone from the company promptly, and the response time to my queries was unsatisfactory. This lack of communication created unnecessary delays and frustration during the project.

Additionally, the quality of the work was average at best. Although the final result was decent, there were a few areas where attention to detail was lacking, leaving me somewhat disappointed with the overall finish.

Considering these aspects, I would rate my experience with this company as average. While they may have the potential to improve, there are definitely areas that require attention, particularly in terms of communication and quality control.
