Brought 50 track athletes to a meet in NYC and was told when booking we would have complimentary breakfast. The morning of the meet they wanted to charge $15 per kid for powdered eggs and managers refused to make it right. Told me it was because every room was booked individually instead of as a group even though the trip was booked with a single phone call and one credit card.
