Valor financial corp. is an average company. Their services are satisfactory, but nothing outstanding. I have been a customer for a few years now, and while I haven't had any major issues, I also haven't been blown away by their offerings. The website is easy to navigate, and the customer service representatives are friendly and helpful. However, I feel like there could be some improvements in terms of rate transparency and additional features. Overall, a decent option, but not the best.
