I recently used the editing and proofreading services offered by this company, and overall, my experience was average. I had a tight deadline for my document, and they were able to deliver it on time, which was definitely a plus. However, I wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of their work. While they did catch some errors and made suggestions for improvement, I still found a few mistakes that they missed. Additionally, their customer service could have been more responsive. It took a while for them to answer my inquiries and address my concerns. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information, but the prices seemed a bit high compared to other similar services. In conclusion, while the company did meet some of my expectations, there is certainly room for improvement in terms of quality, communication, and pricing.
