I recently made a purchase from Jungbox and I have to say, I am quite disappointed. The product I received was not as described and the customer support team was not very helpful in resolving the issue. It took them forever to respond and when they finally did, they were not willing to provide a satisfactory solution. I will definitely not be shopping with Jungbox again.
