I have been working at Schultheis for a few years ...

I have been working at Schultheis for a few years now and I must say that it has been a rollercoaster ride. There are days when the workload is overwhelming, but the team always comes together to support each other. The management could do a better job of addressing employee concerns, but overall it's a good place to work.
