I've had both positive and negative experiences dealing with Kestrel Associates, Inc. Overall, I would say they have been an average company to work with. There have been instances where their lack of attention to detail has caused delays in our projects. On the other hand, their pricing is reasonable and their customer support team is always responsive and helpful. It's a mixed bag, but I'm generally satisfied.
