I recently purchased a sofa from this furniture company and was overall satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I found a decent selection of styles to choose from. The delivery process was smooth, and the sofa arrived in good condition. However, I did have some issues with the customer service. Although they were polite, it took longer than expected to get a response when I had a question about my order. Additionally, I found the prices to be a bit higher than what I had seen at other furniture stores for similar items. Overall, my experience was average. I would recommend this company for their selection and delivery process, but I hope they can improve their customer service and pricing in the future.
