I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark at Eagle rock management! It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had . I explained to him that my current lease was over in a couple weeks and wanted to get into one of his properties ASAP. Within minutes I had an application emailed to me , I filled it out and sent it back and within the next hour mark had called me back to inform me that I was approved and he had a move-in date for me ! I highly recommend Eaglerock management and thank you again Mark !
