I recently worked with a real estate firm to find a property, and I must say that I found the experience to be pretty average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good amount of information, but I felt like the customer service could have been better. The agents were friendly, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to help me find the right property. Additionally, the process of finalizing the paperwork seemed a little disorganized and could have been smoother. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but I think there's room for improvement in terms of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
