I recently engaged with a consulting firm to help with our company's organizational restructuring. The consultants at this company brought a wealth of experience to the table and were very professional in their approach. However, I found their communication to be somewhat lacking at times, as it took longer than expected to receive updates on the progress of our project. Additionally, the cost of their services was on the higher side compared to other firms we've worked with in the past. Overall, the experience was average, and while the expertise of the team was evident, the communication and pricing aspects left something to be desired.
