I recently used the services of Alliant Systems for a project, and I must say that their team was professional and responsive. However, I found the overall experience to be just average. The communication was somewhat lacking, and there were delays in the project timeline which impacted our schedule. Additionally, I expected a more innovative approach to problem-solving, but the solutions provided seemed rather conventional. On the positive side, the quality of the final deliverables was satisfactory, and the pricing was competitive. In the future, I hope to see improvements in their project management and a more proactive approach to client communication to enhance the overall experience.
