I recently started using Connectwise for my business and I must say, it has been an average experience so far. The software is easy to navigate and has some useful features, but there are a few issues that need to be addressed. One of the main problems I've encountered is the lack of customer support. It takes forever to get a response and when I finally do, it's not always helpful. Another issue is the frequent system crashes. It can be frustrating to be in the middle of an important task and have the software suddenly freeze or shut down. Overall, Connectwise has the potential to be a great tool, but there are some areas that need improvement.
