I recently joined Cannon Cross Fit and have been enjoying every minute of it. The trainers are fantastic and the workouts are challenging. I love how they push me to new limits and encourage me to do my best. The facility is clean and the equipment is top-notch. The community is also very supportive. Highly recommended!
