Most of the nurses in the emergency room of National Taiwan University Hospital are very impatient and uncompassing towards patients and their families, especially a female nurse who is very arrogant and polite.
It is understandable that nurses have to take care of many patients at the same time, but I think basic respect is still necessary. When responding to the needs of the patient, don t put a slap in the face and feel that the patient is looking for trouble and making trouble unreasonably. The medical staff have worked hard every day, and hope to have more empathy. Every patient is already uncomfortable when he is sick. Don t take that attitude. Cold!
