I had a decent experience with Engineering and General Services (EGS). Overall, their services were satisfactory. However, I found the communication to be a bit lacking at times. They were prompt in answering my queries but could have been more proactive in keeping me updated on the progress of my project. Other than that, I have no major complaints. The team members were professional and knowledgeable. I would rate them as average.
