I have to say this hotel is beautiful however the young man that direct us toward the elevator asked me if I was there for delivery and I told him no. I told him I was there visiting a friend and needed to take to the elevator to his floor.Once again, he said the delivery elevator is to the left. I was carrying a bag with gifts to bring to my friend for his anniversary He kept insisting I take the service delivery elevator. Ask me again are you sure you re not here to make a delivery?
I think that was super rude and I didn t appreciate being treated that way. The fact that he kept insisting we were there to make a delivery and I should take the elevator made me feel really bad. He should not be judging me but he did perhaps I wasn t dressed as impeccable as other people that still doesn t give you the right to assume anything. Totally unacceptable.
