We have been with this company for over 10 years and we re perfectly content until they tried to start using the cloud. They have hooked up with a worthless outfit called the Kotter Group who s server farm is the SLOWEST know to man. If you don t mind hitting your your print button then waiting for literally 20-30 sec for anything to print, than this is the company for you. Before we signed up for the cloud Hawksoft was a. 9 out of 10 since then they are a 4 out of 10. I have contacted Hawksort and made them aware of the slowness issue but all I get is lip service. My advise would be to test drive their cloud product before you commit.
