The experience I had with Copper Sales was average. I found their website firestonemetal.com to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. The products they offer are of good quality and reasonably priced. However, their customer service could use some improvement. I had a few questions regarding the different materials they use, and it took them quite a long time to respond. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement.
