Most of the desk staff in the back are very rude and act like it's odd for someone to ask a question, they need to be addressed on how to handle situations when approached and not put on such a sour face. Other then that most of the Cna and the ones who clean up after them are great, I want to give a shoutout to Sylvia who works the morning shifts, she is amazing with our grandmother she treats her very well and has a heart of gold! She needs to be recognized for her kindness! Place seems to stay clean which I appreciate because my grandmother loves cleanliness. Overall it's a good place u just have to get the night shift alittle more in tack to remember that it's not just a paycheck it's their job to check on their patients every so often not hours and hour later after the call button has been beeping for 15 plus minutes.
