My husband and I were fortunate to work with Melinda Szeliga in our purchase of a new home in Winston Salem. Melinda attended the design appointment with us. We were unable to be on site as our home was being built. Melinda graciously went out to the site on a regular basis and took pictures. She was our voice locally and was with us every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with the service and attention she provided and highly recommend her.
