North Olmsted Mercedes-Benz dealership is AWESOME! Adam, Steve, and Corey provided me a memorable experience for my birthday on May 30th. Each one of the staff went above and beyond to ensure I picked out the vehicle that met my needs, obtain fair pricing, provided me an in-depth educational session on my new CLA-250 features, AND they even provided me a birthday cake at final signing! I ve had to contact the dealership a few times since purchasing for a few maintenance concerns and the technician staff has been very helpful as well and resolved my concerns very quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! We were so impressed with the experience that it encouraged my husband to check out the G-450 to purchase by end of year! We may be an exclusive Mercedes Family soon!
