I came in with high expectations after praising feedback from friends. We were sat by the window which was good for people watching and together, we ordered a chicken shawarma platter, halloumi mezze and a vegetarian platter expecting lots of good, different food. The service was very quick but the food was disappointingly basic. My sister had been looking forward to pickles and garlic mayo in her shawarma wrap but her platter only consisted of pitta breads, the chicken shawarma and chips. Our halloumi mezze was also just 3 slim strips of halloumi on top of a basic salad. My vegetarian platter was just two piles of hummus with salad and falafels. The falafels were good but I would have liked more variety overall. However, the drinks that we ordered were very nice. My sister ordered one of their fruit smoothies and I ordered lemon, lime and rose fresh lemonade.
