The yoga classes at Param Yoga are truly exceptional. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient, and they create a welcoming and peaceful environment. I've been attending classes for several months now, and I can see a noticeable improvement in my flexibility and overall well-being. This is by far the best yoga studio in the area.
