My first experience with Candlewood was when they found me the perfect apartment. As their tenant for almost 2 years I experienced worry free living. They handled the yard work, snow removal, maintenance and occasional repairs promptly and professionally. All my interactions with the team at Candlewood were friendly and I felt well cared for. When I moved out, I got my entire security deposit back.

A few years later I began buying rental properties and managing them myself. The stress and work was overwhelming. I wanted help and remembered my positive experiences with Candlewood. Now the team at Candlewood does all the advertising, showings, screening of tenants, signing of leases, collecting of rent, cleaning, maintaining, dealing with tenant issues and handling repairs! And none of my units have sat vacant since Candlewood took over! Since Candlewood started managing my units the quality of my life has improved significantly. I can now go on vacation and sleep at night knowing that my tenants, and properties are being well cared for. I no longer worry about getting a phone call in the middle of the night by a tenant who needs assistance.
