I recently had a less-than-satisfactory experience that left me feeling underwhelmed. The ambiance was nice, but the service didn't quite meet my expectations. The staff seemed distracted, and I didn’t feel fully attended to during my session. It didn’t quite deliver the relaxation I was hoping for. 🌱🕯️
