The Chem-Dry process and the manner in which Chuck uses it to full advantage amount to an unsurpassed carpet cleaning experience. With three kids, pets and lots of use and traffic, we were doubtful our carpets could be brought back closely to their original state. Chuck worked his magic, and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the result. Furthermore, prompt scheduling, willingness to move furniture, fast work flow, courtesy and a can-do work ethic are practically unmatched in all my experience with floor-care professionals.
