We used Einstein SEO to build our site for marketing functionality and future SEO reasons, but hadn't spoken to them in almost a year. We had a marketing nightmare where we accidentally used an alternate domain in some advertising that was about to air. I called after business hours, and they stepped up and helped us out huge.
