ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE...

ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service........Well I m here to let the OWNER know that I personally was kicked out of the store because I was sitting at a 4 persons table.
I came in that morning because of issues with my visa (located next store 163 tras st) and needed to use the WiFi to contact my employer since I just flew into the country (for visa) and had no proper sim for phone. The lady didn t understand me so a gentle men let me use his receipt so I could long into WiFi and contact them. Shortly after I left.
2 hrs later I came back because I m waiting on visa which is next door and I had no where to go and thought me and former co worker could continue to wait there until visa was ready. After 30 min of sitting there the lady told me and my co worker that I needed to move seats because this is 4 person table and that I didn t purchase anything and something about WiFi. So I explain to her sure I can buy something and then tried to explain to her I m not from here and I m just waiting on my visa to finish so I can leave. Well another lady I m assuming the manager starts screaming at me and saying this is 4 person table and I didn t purchase anything and they allowed me to come in the am..... I explain to her there is no one in the store with group of people and if it s a problem I can move seats I tried to explain to her I m just waiting on my visa. She then tells me I have to leave I said okay I need corporate number To complain to them she lies to me and says she owns the store.!!! this behavior from an employee is unacceptable especially since I was telling her I am fine with buying a drink I m just sitting here to wait for my visa I m not going to sit on the street like a crazy person. this was extremely unprofessional & embarrassing on both ends, considering she was screaming and making a scene while there were other people in the store watching her. Coffee shops are meant for people to relax and occasionally do business (which I was doing on my computer)
Unless your local I wouldn t recommend going there. They were extremely rude especially after the fact I had already explained to them I would pay!!!!!!! She tried threatening me by calling the police. Again if you are not local or don t speak singlish DO NOT COME HERE. Clearly there was Miscommunication and clearly the lady had no patience in trying to understand what I was saying. She was rude and so unprofessional and I m sorry if you OWN the place like she claimed she would not have acted like that in public
