Next Level Homes are the most incompetent builders...

Next Level Homes are the most incompetent builders I have ever come across. Their construction crew must have stopped learning new skills once they were expected to move past Tonka trucks.

In regards to Next Level Homes response: It was not their construction crews compaction of the ground that was making my house's foundation shake like there was an earthquake. They were taking the bucket of an excavator about as high as it could go and slamming it to the ground to break up the soil. I called to speak to the construction manager at the site. I told her their construction crew was causing damage to my house due to the shaking they were causing and that there is equipment designed to break up the earth that would not cause any damage. Her immediate response, without showing any concern or asking any questions, was that they have permits for everything they are doing. What an infuriating response when you tell someone their actions are damaging your most valuable asset! Nowhere are you able to obtain a permit to destroy someone's home! I would guess that this company will be out of business due to lawsuits if they don't change their construction practices.

If they become better stewards of the neighborhood they are building in, and consider whether or not they would want someone building by their own homes, using their construction crews practices, when making decisions about how to build, I will gladly remove this review. However, if they continue to cause damage to my home by their poor practices, a lawsuit will be forthcoming.
